  2. That is amazing Susan,I am enjoying learning from your building experience. I am sure there will be no difference between the teacher's and student's courtyards until you add your things to it and make it your own. Congratulations
    Dianne.

  5. Whee! It's getting exciting watching it all come together :) Thanks to Lidi and thanks to everyone for your comments.

Chris, the details are scribed in wet clay.

You're kind Dianne but I've got a lot to learn yet, Lidi is the Queen of Paperclay! You have to see it to appreciate her attention to detail.

Hey, thanks for looking Kathi! All tributes to the teacher, I'd never have learned this without her.

You'd better book that ticket Carrie! Maybe this year RL will let us make it down to visit Lidi and you can see her other amazing work.

Thanks Sans! Lovely to see you :)

You too can do this Laura! I'm the ultimate duffer when it comes to art - can't draw a straight breath, let alone a straight line! If I can paperclay, anyone can, but I recommend finding a teacher to start you off.
